DETAILED SAMPLES DESCRIPTION 

 

KEYLESS EMERGENCY LOCKING SYSTEM which was submitted for testing evaluation was comprises of a concealed movable inner-shaft built into an aluminium alloy outer-shaft with a locking member encased at the top-end and a locking-pin encased at the lower end.

 

The components parts and locking mechanism has been made from aluminium and copper alloys. It has been tested for 250 hours on resistance to corrosion and there was only white rust detected on the screws and nuts.

 

Functionality Test

 

Overall observation base on the corrosion test, breaking load test and performance assessment conducted, it was found that the existing KEYLESS EMERGENCY LOCKING SYSTEM was still in good condition and function well.

 

The system has been design in a such way that there no hassle to search a key in case of fire by only pulling the pin to open the grill. It is very fast and only required a minimum force to pull the pin. It is a safer system, easy, secured and reliable.
